Sweet Thursday Beer Co. is a labor of love, committed to quality.

Sweet Thursday combines a love for science, wellness, and adventure to create brews that can be shared as easily out on the trail as they can while huddled in front of a fireplace.

Building on his knowledge of homebrewing and his love for experimentation and research, Brian Aquadro began studying for his brewing career on his first Marine Corps deployment to Afghanistan in 2010, spending his downtime reading and studying brewing textbooks.

Leaving the military behind and moving to Brooklyn with his wife in 2012, Brian poured himself into chemistry and microbiology while completing the American Brewers Guild Intensive Brewery Science & Engineering course and brewing non-stop as he created and refined new recipes at home in Brooklyn, NY.

The following years have been an evolution of that experimentation, and Brian has taken that desire to create something worth sharing and built Sweet Thursday around that principle. Sweet Thursday represents the promise of the weekend: impending excitement and time spent well with good people.
